*DO NOT wear the wrap to sleep. If you experience difficulty breathing or feel faint, remove the wrap immediately. Start wearing the wrap for 15 mins initially and gradually increase the duration by 15 mins every 2 days.

ANS: For very firm and taut support, choose the thick (9 piece steel) wrap. If you are not used to wrapping, choose the thin (3 piece steel) wrap.
QN: Can I wash the wrap?
ANS: Only hand-wash the wrap with a light detergent.

ANS: Please refer to the size chart. Measure "waist" which is the level of the belly button.
